My Story
From Struggle To Strength
From as young as I can remember, I struggled with my weight. Like many people searching for answers, I believed the next slimming pill or miracle product would finally solve my problems — I even ordered supplements from America. None of them worked.
As a teenager, my confidence became worse. I was embarrassed about my body and avoided situations where I had to take my shirt off. Every beach trip, every swim made me feel more self-conscious.
My gambling affected every area of my life. I stopped looking after my health, ate badly, lost direction and completely lost confidence. Eventually I joined Gamblers Anonymous and committed eight years to recovery — building the discipline, accountability and resilience I carry with me to this day.
Around the same time, I rediscovered boxing. I first started at age 11, but returning as an adult had a completely different meaning. Boxing rebuilt my confidence, improved my mental wellbeing and gave me discipline that still defines how I coach today.
Purpose
My Mission
People often ask why I became a coach.
The answer is simple.
It isn’t because I wanted to build a business.
It’s because I genuinely love helping people change their lives.
I know what it feels like to struggle with confidence.
I know what it feels like to battle addiction.
I know what it’s like to look in the mirror and not like the person looking back.
That’s why every person who walks through my doors is treated with encouragement, patience and respect.
Whether you’re a child building confidence, an adult wanting to lose weight or someone looking to become healthier, my goal is always the same:
To help you become the best version of yourself.
Because if I could change my life, I truly believe you can change yours too.

Coaching Philosophy
Fitness is about far more than losing weight.
It’s about building confidence, improving your mental wellbeing and becoming the best version of yourself. Every person starts at a different point, which is why I coach with patience, encouragement and respect.
My goal isn’t just to help you achieve results — it’s to help you build habits that last a lifetime. I’ve been where you are. I know what it takes. And I’ll be with you every step of the way.
Train With Someone Who Lives It.
I don’t just coach fitness and boxing, I live it every day. From strength training and boxing to running, swimming and conditioning, l’m always pushing myself to improve so I can inspire and lead by example.
Inspiring the Next Generation.
Alongside running my own private boxing and fitness classes for children and adults, I currently deliver four weekly academy sessions and also teach boxing in schools. My mission is to inspire young people to become more active, build confidence, develop discipline and create healthy habits that last a lifetime.
Charity & Community Work
Giving back has always been an important part of my journey. Over the past 15+ years I’ve taken on fundraising challenges, community projects and charity events to support causes close to my heart while encouraging others to make a positive difference.
2008
Multiple Sclerosis Society Fundraiser
A tandem skydive from 10,000 feet inspired by my wife’s MS diagnosis. I raised £1,186 — exceeding my target. This marked the beginning of my charity journey and a belief I still live by: challenge yourself for a purpose bigger than yourself.
2014
WaterAid – London to Paris Cycle Challenge
After watching a documentary about children walking miles for unsafe drinking water, I cycled from London to Paris over five days to raise money for WaterAid. Every mile was dedicated to helping change that.
2017
Crisis UK – Fit to Fat to Fit
To raise money for Crisis UK, I deliberately gained weight over 12 weeks then committed to transforming back to peak condition — proving that lasting change is possible with discipline, consistency and the right mindset.
2019
Homeless Feed
Proud to take part in this food distribution alongside my daughter, three clients and two cousins — a reminder to always be grateful for what we have while supporting those who need it most.
2021
Khalsa Aid Charity Bootcamp
I organised a community charity bootcamp to bring people together through fitness while raising awareness and funds for Khalsa Aid. Fantastic to see so many people getting active and supporting one another for an incredible cause.
2022
Homeless Feed
My first ever homeless feed — done entirely on my own. I visited a local restaurant, purchased as much hot food as I could afford, and spent the day handing out meals to people in need. One of the most humbling experiences of my life.
2024
S.E.V.A Charity Fundraiser
Together with my brother, I took part in the Tough Mudder challenge to raise over £2,000 for S.E.V.A. Despite the rain, slippery mud and challenging obstacles, we embraced every moment — a reminder of how powerful teamwork and community spirit can be.
2025
Homeless Feed
After raising over £2,000 for S.E.V.A through a Tough Mudder challenge, I joined the charity alongside my brother to help prepare and distribute food to people experiencing homelessness in our local community.
